TarotHistory.com was launched in 2005 with the intention of creating a portal to all things related to Tarot History on the web.
On February 29, 2008 (an auspicious day if ever there was one), the site was reborn as a blog, but development was halted when I moved from California to Oxford, England. I spent many months acquainting myself with Oxford, joined the University to study English Local History, and basically let the site slip into a cozy sleep.
In April 2009 the site was reawakened in hopes of contributing something of value to the community interested in the history of these fascinating and mysterious cards.
I hope you enjoy the site, and find useful information and links to additional resources.
